Privacy notice

1. Who controls your data

The controller is Bizo Mobile, Borkowska 25B/30, 30-438 Kraków, Poland. For any privacy question or request, email contact@bizomobile.com.

2. What data we process and why

When you contact us

We process the details you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company and project information, to answer your enquiry, assess project fit, prepare requested information and take steps toward a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request concerns a possible contract and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for ordinary business correspondence and protecting legal claims.

Technical operation and security

The web server and hosting infrastructure may record technical request data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser information and error status. This is processed to deliver the website, diagnose failures and protect it against abuse under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Optional website analytics

If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics 4 measures visits and interactions. It may process online identifiers, approximate location, device and browser information, pages viewed and interaction events. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable electronic communications rules. Google Analytics does not load before that consent.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email and IT administration, only to the extent needed for those services. With analytics consent, Google Ireland Limited and its affiliates process analytics data. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards described in its data-processing terms. See Google Business Data Responsibility.

4. Retention

5. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Use “Cookie settings” below or email us.

You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw, Poland, via uodo.gov.pl.

6. Required and voluntary data

You do not have to provide personal data to browse the website. Providing contact details is voluntary, but without a return address we may be unable to answer. Analytics consent is optional and refusal does not limit access to the website.

7. Automated decisions and changes

We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing of website data. We may update this notice when the website, providers or legal requirements change; the date above identifies the current version.
