Bizo Mobile respects the privacy rights of its customers and protects the personal information collected, stored and used in connection with Bizo Mobile products, services, applications and websites (the "Services"). To further this commitment, we have adopted this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") to guide how we collect, store, and use the information you provide us.

I. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to personal and anonymous information submitted and collected through the Services. By installing, using, registering to or otherwise accessing the Services, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not install, use, register to or otherwise access the Services. Bizo Mobile reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at reasonable times, so please review it frequently. Your continued used of the Services will signify your acceptance to the changes to this Privacy Policy.

II. INFORMATION COLLECTED

1. Usage information
We collect anonymous information about the way you use our Services. For example, we may collect which effects/functions in the Services you use and how often you use them.

2. Device information
We collect anonymous information about the device you use. For example, phone model, version of the operating system, advertising ID, mobile network information, language, wireless network.

3. Camera - Photos and Videos
Our Services require us to collect images and videos from your device. In order to provide you our Services we need access to Photos and Videos on your devices.
For standard photo editing features, these photos and videos are processed locally on your device and are not collected on our servers or shared with third parties. We use them only to process them as the app is intended to.

When you use AI features, including AI Enhance and AI tattoo generation, photos, prompts, generated results and technical metadata may be transmitted to our servers or to service providers that help us process AI requests. We use this data to provide the AI feature, operate the Service, prevent abuse, enforce our Terms of Use and improve safety.

Images, prompts or generated results that are flagged by our content safety detector as potentially violating our Terms of Use, or content that is reported by a user, may be transmitted to our servers for manual review by our team. This review is conducted to verify compliance with our Terms of Use, handle user reports, protect users and protect the safety of the Service. Flagged or reported content is not used for unrelated purposes.

4. AI content safety and moderation
We use automated content safety detectors to help identify content that may violate our Terms of Use, including NSFW content, nudity, sexualized content, violence, illegal content, images involving children or individuals under the age of 18, attempts to bypass safeguards and other prohibited content.
These checks may occur before AI generation, after AI generation, when content is uploaded to the public tattoo gallery, or when content is reported by a user. Automated systems may make mistakes, so some content flagged by the detector may be reviewed by humans. Users may also report generated content or public gallery content for review by Bizo Mobile.

5. Cookies
We use technologies like cookies (small files stored by your browser), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to anonymously identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience.
Cookies we use:
- Settings - we use cookies in order to store settings of our services that you selected.
- Analytics - we store information about how you use our app
- Ad purposes - we store information that helps us show relevant ads in our app

III. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

We collect information mentioned in the paragraph II. in order to provide the best service in our apps. How we use the information collected:
1. Analyze trends of the app usage
2. Maintain and improve our products and Services
3. Ad targeting
4. Personalize the Service we provide using cookies
5. Provide AI features, process AI requests and show generated results
6. Detect, prevent and review abuse, prohibited content and Terms of Use violations

IV. SHARING THE INFORMATION

We share anonymous, non-personally identifiable information to business partners that provide services and functionality, such us analytics services and ad networks.
We don't share your personal data such as name, e-mail or other (collected from Google Account or Facebook) to any third party.
When AI features are used, we may share the minimum required photos, prompts, generated results and technical metadata with service providers that process AI requests or help us maintain content safety. These providers process the data for the purpose of providing the Service to us and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

V. Children

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

VI. UPDATES

This privacy policy was last updated on 07-10-2026. Our privacy policy may change from time to time. If we make any material changes to our policies, we will place a prominent notice on our website or application.

VII. SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you buy a subscription in one of our apps, it is billed and managed by the store you bought it from (Google Play or the App Store). You can check, change or cancel it there at any time. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

- Google Play (Android): manage your subscriptions on Google Play, or open the Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- App Store (iPhone, iPad): manage your subscriptions in the App Store, or open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Apple's help: Cancel a subscription from Apple.

Terms of Use

I. Prohibited content (User Generated Content)

Content that is prohibited in Tattoo my Photo users' tattoo gallery, AI Enhance, AI tattoo generation and other user generated content features, and you can't upload, generate, enhance, save, share or publish it in the app:

1. Sexually Explicit Content (for example sex acts, sexually suggestive poses, child sexual abuse imagery)
2. Violence and dangerous activities (for example realistic violence, or violence threats to a person or animal)
3. Content that facilitates threats, harassment or bullying
4. Hate speech
5. Content that promotes illegal activities (for example sale or purchase of illegal drugs)
6. We don't allow content that infringes copyright or other rights.
7. NSFW content, nudity, sexualized content, or content intended to create sexual, explicit or non-consensual images.
8. Images, prompts or generated results involving children or individuals under the age of 18. The Service must not be used to upload, generate, enhance, modify, process, save, share or publish images of children or individuals under the age of 18, regardless of context or intent.
9. Illegal content or content that violates applicable laws, platform policies or third-party rights.
10. Attempts to bypass, manipulate or evade the Service's safety systems, filters, content detectors, moderation tools or other safeguards, including indirect, misleading or coded prompts.

All photos, prompts, videos or generated results containing the above content may be blocked, removed, hidden, made unavailable for saving or sharing, or removed from our Service.

We use automated content safety detectors to help identify prohibited content. These detectors may check user inputs before generation, generated outputs after generation, uploads to the public gallery, and content reported by users. Some content flagged by the detector may be reviewed manually by our team to confirm whether a violation has occurred.

Users may report generated content or public gallery content for verification by Bizo Mobile. Reported content may be reviewed by our team and may be removed or restricted if it violates these Terms of Use.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently block access to AI Enhance, AI generation features, public gallery features or the account if a user violates these Terms of Use. Repeated violations, severe violations, attempts to bypass safeguards, NSFW content, illegal content or any content involving children or individuals under the age of 18 may result in a temporary or permanent block.

If a violation is detected and confirmed through our internal review process, the user will not be entitled to a refund for the current billing period.

II. User responsibilities and permissions

1. You represent and warrant that you own the rights to the images you upload, generate, enhance or publish, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses and written consents from the individuals appearing in the images.
2. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, prompts you enter, AI results you generate, and for how you use, save, share, publish or otherwise distribute the resulting images.
3. The Service is provided as a tool only. You must not use it in a way that violates third-party rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, applicable laws, platform policies or these Terms of Use.
4. You may upload and use images of other individuals only if you have obtained their explicit prior consent and your use complies with these Terms of Use.

III. Use of the content

1. Content sent by users to tattoo gallery will be available to other users of the app Tattoo my Photo and other apps related to tattoo market designed by Bizo Mobile.
2. User can delete the content from tattoo gallery at any time. After that content will not be available to other users.
3. Bizo Mobile may delete content sent by user at any time if it violates this Terms of Use.
4. Bizo mobile holds copyrights for tattoo design available in the app.
5. User cannot publish tattoo designs available in the app to stock websites.
6. User cannot use tattoo designs available in the app in apps created by user.
7. User cannot use commercially tattoo designs available in the app.
8. Content generated by users using AI is owned by the user, subject to these Terms of Use and any applicable rights of third parties.
9. Bizo Mobile does not endorse, promote or encourage the creation of sexual, explicit, illegal, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited content. Any misuse of the Service is the sole responsibility of the user.
