1. Usage informationWe collect anonymous information about the way you use our Services. For example, we may collect which features, such as hairstyle changes, hair color, makeup, nails, beard or mustache editing, you use and how often you use them.
2. Device information
We collect anonymous information about the device you use. For example, phone model, operating system version, advertising ID, mobile network information, language, and wireless network.
3. Camera - Photos and Images
Our Services require access to images from your device to provide AI-based transformations such as hairstyle changes, hair color changes, makeup, nails, beard and mustache editing.
Selected images are transmitted securely to our servers for processing. Images are processed only for the purpose of providing the requested app functionality, generating the AI result, checking compliance with our Terms of Use, preventing abuse, and handling user feedback or support requests.
Images are not permanently stored during standard use. They are retained only for the time necessary to process the request, generate the result, and allow the user to download or view the result.
4. Face Data
User-uploaded images may contain human faces. The app may process face data only as part of the image provided by the user.
We do not collect, create, store, or use biometric identifiers such as faceprints, facial recognition templates, facial identity profiles, or any data used to identify a specific person.
Face data is used only to:
- detect general facial regions, head position, and hair area;
- generate hairstyle and appearance transformations requested by the user;
- improve the visual quality and realism of the generated result;
- detect prohibited, unsafe, NSFW, or otherwise policy-violating content.
Face data is not used for user identification, tracking, profiling, advertising, or building biometric databases.
5. AI Processing and Third-Party Infrastructure
To provide AI-based features, user images may be processed through our AI inference endpoint and external GPU infrastructure providers, including services such as Vast.ai and RunPod.
These providers are used only to run the AI model and process the image transformation requested by the user.
These providers do not have permission to use user images for training, profiling, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to providing the requested AI processing.
We do not sell user images, face data, or generated results.
6. Safety, NSFW Detection and Abuse Prevention
The app includes automated safety systems, including frontend nudity and NSFW detection, to prevent prohibited use of the Service.
If a user attempts to upload or generate prohibited content, including NSFW content, the image may be rejected automatically.
In some cases, if the uploaded content appears to violate our Terms of Use, we may temporarily store the input image as evidence to manually review the correctness of the detection and the legitimacy of any enforcement action, such as blocking access to AI features.
After manual review, if the violation is not confirmed, the image is deleted. If a violation is confirmed or if the image is needed to analyze and fix a safety, moderation, or technical issue, it is retained only for the duration of that review or resolution process and then deleted.
7. User Feedback and Support Submissions
If a user voluntarily submits feedback, bug reports, support requests, or reports an issue with a generated image, the user may choose to send us the related image.
Images submitted through feedback or support channels may be temporarily stored for manual review by our team.
If no issue is found, the image is deleted after review. If an issue is found, the image may be temporarily retained for analysis, debugging, moderation improvement, or fixing the problem. After the issue is resolved, the image is deleted.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use technologies like cookies, web beacons, and device identifiers to improve user experience.
Cookies we use:
- Settings – to store your preferences
- Analytics – to understand how the app is used
- Advertising – to deliver relevant ads
III. USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

User images may be processed by our AI inference endpoint and external GPU infrastructure providers, including services such as Vast.ai and RunPod, only for the purpose of delivering the requested AI transformation.
We do not sell user images, face data, or generated results.
We do not allow third-party infrastructure providers to use user images or face data for training, advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
V. DATA RETENTION
1. Standard image processingDuring standard use, uploaded images are retained only for the time necessary to process the request, generate the result, and allow the user to access or download the generated image. After this process is completed, the images are deleted.
2. Face data
We do not store biometric identifiers, faceprints, facial recognition templates, or facial identity profiles. Images containing faces are processed only as part of the requested AI transformation or safety check.
3. User feedback and support
If a user voluntarily submits an image as part of feedback, issue reporting, or support communication, the image may be temporarily stored for manual review. If no problem is found, the data is deleted. If the image is needed to analyze or fix a problem, it is retained only for the duration of that process and then deleted.
4. Safety and abuse prevention
If an uploaded image appears to violate our Terms of Use, including NSFW or prohibited content, the image may be temporarily stored to verify the enforcement action, such as restricting or blocking access to AI features. After manual review and resolution, the image is deleted.
We do not retain images longer than necessary for the purposes described above.
VI. CHILDREN
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe such data has been collected, please contact us and we will remove it.The Service must not be used to upload, generate, modify, or process images of minors in any prohibited, unsafe, sexualized, or inappropriate context.

I. Prohibited content (User Generated Content)
Content that is prohibited in "Ai4Hair.co - Try Hairstyles - AI Change Color" and cannot be used in the app:1. Sexually explicit content, including nudity, sexual poses, or suggestive content
2. Violence or harmful activities
3. Harassment, bullying, or threats
4. Hate speech
5. Illegal activities
6. Copyright-infringing content
Additional prohibited use cases:
7. Non-consensual or third-party images: You may upload and use only images of yourself or individuals for whom you have explicit permission or consent.
8. “Nudify / Undress” use: The Service must not be used to simulate nudity, remove clothing, or generate sexualized images.
9. Attempts to bypass safeguards: You must not attempt to bypass safety filters, moderation systems, or AI safeguards.
10. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, modifying, or processing any NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, including but not limited to nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexually suggestive imagery.
11. You must not upload, generate, modify, or process images of minors in any prohibited, unsafe, sexualized, or inappropriate context.
All content violating the above rules may be removed.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently disable access to AI features or the entire Service if a user violates these Terms.
In case of violations, including attempts to upload, generate, or process prohibited or NSFW content, access to AI generation features may be limited or blocked without refund, even if the user has an active subscription.
II. User responsibilities and permissions
1. You confirm that you have rights to use the images you upload and that you have obtained all necessary consents.2. You are fully responsible for the content you upload, prompts you enter, and results generated by the app.
3. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.
4. You agree not to use the Service to violate another person's privacy, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or personal rights.
III. Use of generated content
1. Content generated using AI belongs to the user, subject to applicable law and these Terms.2. Generated content is not stored on Bizo Mobile servers longer than necessary for processing, delivery, safety review, feedback review, or abuse prevention as described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Bizo Mobile owns rights to predefined styles, templates, prompts, and assets available in the app.
Bizo Mobile does not support or promote misuse of AI. Any misuse is solely the responsibility of the user.
IV. Safety enforcement, account restrictions and refunds
We may use automated and manual review systems to detect, prevent, and investigate misuse of the Service.If prohibited content is detected, we may reject the request, limit access to AI features, block the user, or take other reasonable enforcement actions.
In limited cases, uploaded images may be temporarily stored to verify violations, review user reports, debug safety systems, or resolve technical issues. Such data is deleted after the review or resolution process is completed.
In case of repeated or serious violations of these Terms of Use, including attempts to upload, generate, modify, or process prohibited, unsafe, non-consensual, or NSFW content, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access to the Service or its AI features.
If access is restricted, suspended, or terminated due to violations of these Terms, the user is not entitled to any refund for active subscriptions, lifetime purchases, or other paid features, to the extent permitted by applicable law and App Store policies.
Users are responsible for using the Service in accordance with these Terms. Repeated attempts to bypass safety systems, moderation filters, or AI safeguards may be treated as intentional misuse of the Service.
